Refund policy
When Codality Africa refunds a payment for Plus or a single course, and how to ask. Last updated 22 October 2026.
Within 7 days of any payment
Every payment can be refunded in full within 7 days of that payment: a single course, Plus monthly or Plus yearly, including payments that extend Plus you already have. A refund returns the full amount you paid, VAT included.
The one exception
If a certificate was issued to you after that payment, that payment cannot be refunded.
After 7 days
Payments are not refundable more than 7 days after they were made.
What a refund changes
A refund ends what that payment bought: a refunded course closes again after its free first module, and the Plus time that payment added is taken off your plan. Certificates already issued stay yours. The full amount, VAT included, goes back to the original payment method: the card or account you paid with through Paystack or Stripe.
