Months, not hours
A programme runs twelve to twenty-four weeks, full or part time, with a cohort that starts and finishes together.
Mentors and a career team
Weekly sessions with a working professional, portfolio reviews, interview practice and introductions to hiring partners.
Free to the learner
A sponsor pays per seat: an employer building a pipeline, an NGO or foundation funding skills, or a corporate programme. You pay nothing.
Selective entry
Places are limited and awarded by application, usually with a short assessment. Finishing a Codality track first strengthens your case.
Status
The first cohort opens when the first sponsor signs.
